Shipping policy

Free UK delivery

Delivery is free on every order to an address in the United Kingdom. We only deliver to UK addresses.

When will my order arrive?

• Each product page shows an estimated delivery date, currently about 10 days from the day you order. The checkout also shows an estimate before you pay.
• These dates are estimates. Customs checks, carrier delays and bank holidays can occasionally add a few days.
• If your order has not arrived 7 days after the estimated date, email us at contact@airvanahome.com and we will look into it.

Import VAT and duty

Your order ships to you from overseas. Depending on the order value, UK import VAT (20%), customs duty and a carrier handling fee may be payable on delivery. The carrier asks for these charges before handing over the parcel. They are not included in our prices or collected at our checkout.

Damaged or missing parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged, or something is missing, please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. See our returns and refunds policy for what happens next.
