Description
Deep purple, gold keys, and the soprano's bright voice.
If you'd like your saxophone to start conversations, this is the one. A deep purple lacquer body with gold lacquered keys, in a compact curved shape that's comfortable to hold and easy to carry.
Why you'll love it
- Colour with confidence. Purple lacquer body, gold lacquered brass keys.
- Curved and compact. Sits in the hands like a small alto, so it's easier to hold than a straight soprano.
- Key of Bb with a high F# key. The same key as the tenor, so it pairs naturally with it.
- Ready to carry. Supplied in a water-resistant case with the accessories shown in the photos.
Good to know
- New to the saxophone? Softer reeds (strength 1.5 or 2) make your first notes much easier than the harder reeds many kits come with.
- Before you play, check under the keys for any small cork or foam wedges. They protect the pads in transit and must come out, or some notes won't sound.

Questions before you buy
Do I need anything else to play?
Everything that comes with it is listed on this page, item by item. If reeds aren't in the list, add a few soft ones (strength 1.5 or 2) to your order.
Can I send it back?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind and return it for a full refund. Our returns policy explains how.
What does the warranty cover?
3 years from delivery against faults in materials and workmanship. If something goes wrong with normal use, we repair it, replace it or refund you. Normal wear (reeds, pads and corks) and accidental damage are not covered.
When will it arrive?
Delivery to the UK is free, and your estimated delivery date is shown just above the Add to basket button.
Which reed should I start with?
A soft one: strength 1.5 or 2. Hard reeds are the main reason beginners think they can't play.
Will the neighbours hear me?
An acoustic saxophone is loud, so practise at sensible hours. For late evenings, our electric saxophones play silently through headphones.
